Job summary

Proselect Inc. seeks a Senior Azure Architect/Designer to lead the strategic design and governance of our cloud ecosystem, aligning with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. This role focuses on secure, scalable workloads across networking, identity, and security domains.

You will drive modernization with IaC, participate in Architecture Review Board decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant cloud solutions that support global business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Azure architecture and design, with a total 8+ years in platform or infra engineering.
• Strong mastery of Azure networking and enterprise identity models.
• Proven experience with Identity-First and Zero Trust principles, and CNAPP concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure Well-Architected Framework and security telemetry.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End cloud governance covering compute, storage, platform services, and microservices.
• Establish reference architectures, landing zones, and standard design patterns.
• Serve on Architecture Review Board and document key decisions.
• Drive modernization using AI, automation, and IaC.
• Architect secure identity access models and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Evaluate risks and ensure alignment with global security protocols.
• Oversee CNAPP tools, telemetry, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide expert operational support for incidents and problem determination.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement secure DevOps practices.
