RELX International is seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to shape a global CI/CD platform. You will partner with engineering teams to build secure, scalable delivery pipelines using IaC, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AWS and IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Designing and supporting CI/CD platforms with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong Python skills for tooling and automation.
• Container deployment practices with Docker, ECR, and Kubernetes.
• Security, quality, and compliance integration into pipelines.
• Observability improvements using OpenTelemetry.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Develop and support Jenkins shared libraries, pipeline templates, and reusable deployment patterns.
• Support migration of legacy pipelines to standardized CI/CD approaches with documentation.
• Integrate automated security, quality, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines and improve observability with OpenTelemetry.
• Build Python-based tooling, packages, and automation to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with application teams to design CI/CD flows aligned with platform standards.
• Provide operational support for pipelines and platform components, including critical incident support.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
