You will shape category strategy, drive assortment planning, and manage vendor partnerships to maximize growth and profitability. The role requires 7+ years in merchandising with leadership experience, strong skills in pricing, forecasting, and negotiations, and a track record of expanding market share in omnichannel or consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in merchandising, category management, or related roles in Gadgets & Electronics.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing merchandising teams.
• Strong expertise in category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and negotiations.
• Experience in omnichannel or consumer electronics retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gadgets & Electronics category strategy and growth.
• Drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
• Develop competitive assortments aligned with customer needs.
• Lead vendor partnerships and exclusive deals.
• Identify new brands and technologies.
• Develop pricing, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and E-commerce.
• Lead and develop the Merchandising team.
