Job Description

Qualities and Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in automotive service advising, technical support, or a similar role, including 2 years in a senior position.
• ASE Service Consultant certification (or equivalent) preferred; extra training in diagnostics or manufacturer-specific programs is an advantage.
• Skilled in using shop management software, diagnostic tools, and CRM systems for record-keeping and customer communication.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
• Worked with brands such as Toyota, Tata, Proton, LDV, Shantui, KGM, Suzuki, Hino, Howo, Sinotruk, Wuling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on automotive technical issues to enhance vehicle performance and compliance.
• Conduct detailed performance and functional testing on automotive systems to ensure quality standards are met.
