Job summary

Anchorage Assurance in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced audit professional to plan and oversee engagements, supervise staff, and ensure timely delivery of reports in line with professional standards.

The role also involves preparing client billings, training staff, and evaluating performance while providing guidance for improvement. The candidate should be capable of handling associate duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably in an international firm.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and show strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in planning the audit engagement.
• Supervise staff during the engagement.
• Ensure audit and related administrative activities, documents and reports are completed on time per standards.
• Prepare client billings and pursue collection.
• Train staff under supervision.
• Evaluate and review staff performance and discuss improvement areas.
• Perform the function of an associate when necessary.
