Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. in Metro Manila invites an experienced auditor to join our office-based team, performing risk-based audits with flexibility in adapting to changing assignments and responsibilities.

The role requires at least 3 years in auditing/accounting, with healthcare auditing as a plus, and strong communication skills. CPA certification is preferred, and the candidate should work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of auditing/accounting experience.
• Healthcare auditing experience is a plus.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits in the office to meet risk-based objectives.
• Prepare audit programs and evaluate results and findings.
• Recommend practical process improvements reflecting business understanding.
• Conduct audit follow-up activities.
• Present results to management, operations staff, and the Audit Committee as requested.

About the role

Conducting work in the office, with or without direct supervision, to accomplish audit objectives identified during risk analyses while demonstrating flexibility in responding to changes in assignments and job responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting work in the office to accomplish audit objectives identified during risk analyses while demonstrating flexibility in responding to changes in assignments and job responsibilities (60% Daily)
• Preparing audit programs for review by managers and evaluating results and findings upon completion of audits (10% Monthly)
• Making practical recommendations for process improvements while ensuring that recommendations reflect an understanding of the business and are clearly presented to and agreed to by management (10% Daily)
• Conducting audit follow-up activities (10% Daily)
• Communicating results of audit projects to management and operations personnel directly involved with department projects, and as requested, to company senior management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing/accounting; healthcare auditing a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Professional certification preferred (CPA)
