Qualifications

• Business or Commerce degree with a major in Accounting
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• At least 4 years of external audit experience, ideally at the Senior Auditor, Assistant Audit Manager, or similar level within a Big Four or comparable audit firm in the Philippines
• Proven end-to-end external audit experience, including planning, fieldwork, review, completion, and reporting
• Strong experience managing and supervising audit team members, including work allocation, review, coaching, and performance support
• Working knowledge of the Corporations Act, Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Auditing Standards, and other applicable legislation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
