Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Manila seeks an Internal Client Service – Senior Audit Support to drive engagement economics, billings, and KPI reporting. You will analyze financial data, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve audit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• At least two years of auditing, finance experience.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor engagement billings to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Perform engagement economics analysis, including revenue, recovery, utilization, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports for Partners and Managers, including: Net Service Revenue, Revenue Per Hour, Recovery Rates, Engagement Efficiency Metrics
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular management reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reports and data records.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within audit operations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to address reporting and operational requirements.
