Job summary

ACCPRO International in Rizal (On-site) is seeking a candidate with 1–3 years of audit experience to support ISO compliance and QA oversight. Responsibilities include reviewing reports, creating policies, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards.

The role also covers learning and development, non-conformance management, and coordination of the training calendar. Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred; strong MS Office and communication skills are required.

Job Description

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Regular Audit

• Review all reports submitted by the QA Officers before issuance

B. Create Policy and Procedure

• Create new policies as needed that is related to QAT and ISO Compliance.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and programs are aligned with ISO Compliance.

C. ISO Compliance

• Review of ISO related Documentation
• Ensure employees compliance to teams' policies and procedure
• Ensure teams' compliance to ISO

D. Learning and Development

• Execution of training calendar

E. Non-Conformance Management

• Ensure all issued Corrective action request are accomplished properly and on time.
• Achieve a downward trend in the issued Corrective action request by the end of the year.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accountingis preferred
• With at least 1- 3years' experience in Audit.
• Experience in ISO and regulatory framework
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS applications.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
