Job summary

Deutsche Bank Manila is seeking a Lead Principal Auditor (VP) to lead complex audits within Group Audit’s Finding Validation Centre. The role requires senior SME capability, coaching auditors, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will supervise validation work across significant findings, coordinate with IT audit teams, and ensure timely, quality deliverables within budget while staying abreast of regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related discipline with professional certification preferred.
• Experience leading audits or finding validations in financial services, including tech procurement or third‑party risk audits is advantageous.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and risk/control experience in financial services, incl. vendor risk, information security, continuity, outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audits and finding validations, coaching auditors, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Guide teams in processing work packages and assess findings with test plans and risk context.
• Coordinate validations with IT audit teams and ensure timely, quality, budget-aligned delivery.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and share insights with the GA team.
