Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance in Cebu seeks a Senior professional to oversee engagements from EY client teams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and strong day-to-day operations. You will interpret reviews and accounting standards, manage resources, and coach associates under a global assurance framework.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in external audit.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards.
Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA and Taxation.

Responsibilities

Lead an engagement from the GDS front and ensure timely, high-quality work.
Review procedures performed by GDS staff and ensure adherence to EY GAM and quality standards.
Monitor workload, resources, and budget-to-actuals for engagements.
Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with GDS and Global teams.
Standardize review processes and drive continuous improvement in scope and delivery.
Coach and supervise team members and conduct timely performance reviews.
