Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to coach staff and conduct detailed reviews of associates, ensuring compliance with auditing and regulatory frameworks. This role may perform routine back-office audit procedures and supports timely delivery of quality output to offshore engagement teams.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least 3 years in external audit, capable of working full-time in Ortigas Center, and willing to work mid or night shifts.

Qualifications

• CPA is required and recognized professional designation.
• At least 3 years of external audit experience.
• Exposure to audit in Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, or Holding companies is a plus.
• Willing to work full-time in Ortigas Center (currently on work from home).
• Willing to work on mid shift or night shift as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work and coordinate with a virtual team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of high quality output aligned with PwC global assurance standards and engagement team's expectations.
• Keep up‑to‑date with technical accounting developments using the firm's knowledge and research tools.
• Evaluate and review staff performance and discusses points for improvement.
• Assist engagement manager in planning, execution and completion activities.
• Lead interviews and discussions with clients and other third party contacts.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by knowledge sharing and working effectively with team members.
• Act as an ambassador of the firm's processes and policies.
• Additional requirement: Strong and reliable internet connection.
