Senior Associate, Material Planner

The Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production requirements, customer schedules, and inventory targets. The role focuses on MRP execution, PO management, supplier alignment, inventory control, and mitigation of supply risks.

Responsibilities

• MRP Execution & Order Management – 30%: Run and analyze MRP regularly, convert planned orders into purchase orders, investigate major MRP issues.
• Supplier Coordination & Delivery Management – 25%: Align with suppliers, monitor confirmations, follow up on shortages, support performance monitoring.
• Inventory & Material Availability Control – 20%: Maintain inventory levels, monitor inbound shipments, provide risk escalations, support urgent production.
• Production & Cross-functional Support – 10%: Confirm material readiness, coordinate with logistics, warehouse, quality, and engineering.
• Master Data Accuracy – 5%: Ensure correctness of key master data such as lead time, MOQ, price, and supplier information.
• Reporting – 10%: Prepare supply line reports and track KPIs such as supplier on-time delivery and shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or planning tools.
• Good communication skills for supplier and internal alignment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, control systems, and material flows.
• Work location: Rosario, Cavite.
