This role requires a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA, and 3-5 years' experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, or financial reporting, with strong IFRS and PFRS knowledge and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting reports.

• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and account reviews.
• Review transactions, adjustments, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Assist in client accounting system setup and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and review work prepared by Junior Associates.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide appropriate accounting and financial recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
