Job summary

Our Clients in Makati invites a Senior Associate to lead consulting engagements in information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management. You will guide project teams, run client walkthroughs, and ensure delivery of engagement objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in business consulting or IT assurance, with strong communication, time management, and analytical skills; certifications such as ISO 27001/22301 or CPA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
• Relevant certifications in information security or governance are preferred.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate will take a team leadership role in business consulting engagements. The position supports projects involving information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management.

Responsibilities:

Consulting Engagements

• Participate in consulting engagements focused on Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, and Resilience Management.
• Support the delivery of project objectives and agreed engagement requirements.

Team Leadership & Project Execution

• Serve as a team leader for assigned consulting engagements.
• Facilitate client and project walkthrough sessions.
• Guide the team in completing engagement objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and help address issues encountered during engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager regarding project status, accomplishments, and challenges.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Support effective communication and coordination across project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
