Job description

The Senior Associate – Accounting and Financial Consulting Group (AFCG) leads and manages financial reporting, advisory, and consulting engagements. This role

requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills and overseeing junior staff while ensuring high-quality client service delivery.

• Senior Associate 1 (3–5 years): Leads mid-level engagements, ensures accuracy in financial deliverables, and begins to develop client advisory skills.
• Senior Associate 2 (5–7 years): Takes full ownership of complex financial consulting projects, manages multiple engagements, and plays a key role in team leadership, client advisory, and business development.

High-performing Senior Associates are eligible for promotion to Operations Manager – AFCG, where they take on full engagement management, team leadership, and operational responsibilities.
