The Senior Associate – Accounting and Financial Consulting Group (AFCG) leads and manages financial reporting, advisory, and consulting engagements. This role

Senior Associate 1 (3–5 years): Leads mid-level engagements, ensures accuracy in financial deliverables, and begins to develop client advisory skills.
Senior Associate 2 (5–7 years): Takes full ownership of complex financial consulting projects, manages multiple engagements, and plays a key role in team leadership, client advisory, and business development.
High-performing Senior Associates are eligible for promotion to Operations Manager –
AFCG, where they take on full engagement management, team leadership, and
operational responsibilities.
