Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a SUPV III Assembly to plan and lead production shifts, manage staff, and ensure products meet specifications while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in engineering, a BS in mechanical or electronics, strong Excel and SAP knowledge, and proven people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will drive Kaizen initiatives and coordinate with inventory and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or above degree with an engineering background.
• Preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, and Industrial Engineer.
• 5+ years’ experience as an engineer.
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office and email.
• Knowledge in stamping, molding, plating, and assembly machines.

Responsibilities

• Plans and establishes production work schedule to meet delivery times and best utilize production capacity.
• Initiate work orders and ensure products are produced to specifications and conform to the schedule.
• Manage the shift and direct staff to ensure a smooth production process, complying with Health and Safety procedures.
• Demonstrate customer-centric approach and adhere to customer expectations.
• Play an active role in Kaizen initiatives and TE OA plan for future growth.
• Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy, and participate in physical inventory counts.
