Job summary

GUP is a Philippines-based independent digital agency seeking a Senior Art Director. This full-time, hybrid role leads visual development from concept to execution across digital, social, and on-ground materials, collaborating with creative, strategy, and accounts teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

You will supervise artists, ensure brand consistency, and pitch new ideas while refining outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong creative leadership skills in Creative Direction, including leading multidisciplinary teams and cohesive visual narratives.
• Branding expertise with experience developing brand identities, guidelines, and integrated brand experiences.
• Advanced Art Direction capabilities for digital, social, and on-ground executions, including storyboarding, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design with hands-on tools and production-ready assets.
• Several years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, campaign work, and high-quality visual execution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to present and defend creative work to clients and internal teams.
• Relevant degree or training in design, visual communications, advertising, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
