Job summary

Cyfle is seeking an Associate Creative Director for Graphic Design to lead our design team in a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will shape creative strategy, oversee campaigns, and mentor designers to deliver exceptional work.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure brand objectives are met, and maintain high standards of quality across graphics and video content. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to maintain excellence.

Responsibilities

• Co-head the Graphic Design Department, in charge of overall strategy and planning for the department
• Coordinate with clients to set creatives-related goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign. Align with other departments to create a cohesive, effective, winning campaign.
• Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends for effective use in creative design executions.
• Monitor and manage the quality of output of the Design Team and supervise their training & development
• Troubleshoot design concerns, quality check design and videos
• Manage and troubleshoot department workflow, traffic and technical competencies
• Improve and elevate departments work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, improving on Art department workflow, taste and culture of excellence
• Personally execute content whenever necessary, such as when manpower cannot attain the correct level of quality or taste, to troubleshoot an escalated client concern with quality, or when manpower is full.
