You will lead visual development from concept to execution, guiding design direction across digital, social, and on-ground campaigns while collaborating with creative, strategy, and accounts teams.

You will mentor artists, ensure brand consistency, stay ahead of design trends, and present work to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Creative Direction with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Brand identity development and guidelines experience.
• Advanced art direction for digital, social, and on-ground media.
• Proficiency in graphics and production-ready assets.
• Several years in an agency or digital marketing setting.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating concept to execution.
• Strong collaboration and client presentation skills.
• Design degree or related training preferred.
