Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an Architectural Designer/Design Coordinator to manage end-to-end design production for international projects, ensuring drawing accuracy and council submission readiness from concept through to approval.

You will lead design coordination across multiple projects, apply New Zealand building code knowledge, and leverage AI tools to speed up research and daily workflow while mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting, CAD, 3D rendering, and design coordination within a design and build environment.
• Hands-on responsibility for producing architectural drawings, CAD documentation, high-quality 3D renderings, and council submission packages.
• Working knowledge of building code and council/consent submission processes (NZ building code exposure is a strong plus).
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, 3D tools, and AI technologies used for research and workflow optimization.

• Prepare and present design concepts and visual materials for internal and client review.
