Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking an Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to provide advanced API and cloud troubleshooting from a homebased setup. You will investigate complex incidents, manage API integrations, and coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure and Product teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in application support, strong diagnostic and analytical skills, and experience with cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an Application Support or Dev Support.
• Experience with APIs, web services or integrations.
• Experience with cloud environments including EC2, S3, Lambda and CloudWatch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex application incidents and service requests.
• Investigate application issues using a structured troubleshooting approach.
• API- support and ownership.
• Analyze application behavior, error messages, system responses and configuration to identify causes.
• Reproduce issues to assist diagnosis and resolution.
• Escalate issues to Development, Infrastructure or other teams as needed.
• Maintain ownership of escalated issues through to resolution.
• Support continual service improvement.
