Mynt leading FinTech company in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Operational Analytics lead to head the CDA Analytics team. You will drive KPI achievement, plan capacity, and ensure robust reporting and data visualization across platforms.

Qualifications

7+ years in business intelligence, reporting or analytics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage CDA Operational Analytics team and set KPIs.
Plan and execute operations activities (UAM, BCP, etc.).
Perform infrastructure capacity planning and issue fixes as needed.
Distribute reports and data files via email and SFTP; maintain distribution lists.
Monitor reports, workflows, and automation; ensure uptime and performance.
Create alerts for issue detection and prevention; maintain health of pipelines.
Oversee security practices and access controls for reporting platforms.
Provide requirements, solutions, and updates to resolve issues promptly.
