Job summary

Accenture Inc. in Taguig seeks an Analytics Senior Manager to design and implement advanced analytics solutions that drive performance and efficiency. You will lead data-driven insights, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and mentor junior staff.

The role offers a hybrid setup with weekends off, and location at Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3. Requires 10+ years in analytics, a Bachelor's degree, Python knowledge, and BI tool expertise (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (open to any course).
At least 10 years of Analytics experience.
Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes preferred.
Knowledge of Python preferred.
Proficient in data visualization and BI tools including Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency
Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value
Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation
Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams
Train and mentor junior members of the team
