Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a senior Data & AI leader to drive marketing analytics, MMM, CDP, and Agentic AI initiatives across global clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, sponsor senior client relationships, and shape measurement frameworks to deliver measurable growth.

You will lead end-to-end MMM programs, define CDP strategies, and design AI-enabled analytics workflows, translating capabilities into business value while collaborating with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in MMM, CDP, data engineering, or related consulting.
• Masters or PhD in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional client engagements.
• Marketing domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MMM programs across Bayesian/hierarchical modeling and attribution.
• Define and drive CDP strategy including identity resolution and activation.
• Apply Agentic AI to analytics workflows and guide AI-enabled decisions.
• Engage CMOs and Analytics leaders, translating capabilities into business value.
