Job summary

Accenture in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Analytics professional to lead complex Deductions, Dispute Resolution, and Accounts Receivable analytics initiatives. You’ll design and deliver advanced analytics using statistical modeling, ML, and BI tools to improve business performance.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and implement data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (open to any course)
• At least 10 years of Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI or Tableau is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to drive business performance.
• Analyze data, uncover actionable insights, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and oversee implementation.
• Present analytics capabilities, conduct solution demonstrations, and showcase data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering continuous learning and analytics excellence.
