Job summary

Jobtailor in Metro Manila seeks a senior data professional to develop data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics across financial services platforms. You will design data models, implement ETL, and integrate APIs to streamline reporting and decision making.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in loans/credit sectors, strong SQL/Python skills, and hands-on BI tooling such as Power BI or Qlik, with cloud exposure on AWS or Azure. This is a full-time on-site role in Makati.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services/FinTech with a primary focus on loans/credit products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology/related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of SQL and/or Python experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of data concepts and tools and experience with RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle.
• BI and Data Warehousing concepts with practical ETL and data integration.
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Qlik; exposure to Snowflake is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Glue, Azure Data Factory).
• Experience with various debt product types and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analyses.
• Create scripts to analyze and modify data, import/export scripts and execute stored procedures.
• Model data by writing SQL queries/Python codes to support data integration and dashboard requirements.
• Develop data pipelines that provide fast, optimized end-to-end solutions.
• Design/ build relational database schemas for analytics across data cube, data mart, data warehouse, and data lake.
• Analyze, implement, and contribute to APIs to improve data integration pipelines.
• Prepare data including cleaning, normalization, deduplication, and type conversion.
• ETL data from various sources and integrate with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
• Create tabular and matrix reports, dashboards in Power BI or QLIK; embed analytics in apps.
