Northern Trust Manila office is seeking a senior professional to join its wealth management and asset servicing teams, with 5+ years of related experience. You will engage with senior management and lead high-profile activities, while mentoring junior staff and upholding the firm’s standards.

Qualifications

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
Five or more years of related business experience.

Responsibilities

Acts as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas.
Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with committees and more senior management.
Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.
May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
May lead projects and/or train lower level staff.
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas.
Delivers a work product that requires less revision.
Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
