• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
• Maintains and implements policies and procedures, building towards becoming an area expert.
• May lead projects and mentor junior staff; may supervise daily work without formal management.
• Delivers high-quality work with minimal revisions and facilitates discussions to reach decisions.
