Job summary
Deutsche Bank is seeking a Treasury and Business Finance Senior Analyst in Manila to own daily Risk and Profit & Loss reporting and ensure accurate valuation of trades. Collaborate with Traders, Operations and Finance to maintain data integrity and provide clear narratives.
The role requires a strong finance foundation; knowledge of US-GAAP/IAS is a plus. Proficiency in automation tools such as VBA, Python, Tableau and Alteryx is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
- Knowledge of US-GAAP/IAS is beneficial.
- Strong investigation, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Experience with automation and programming (VBA, Python, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Ability to apply AI tools responsibly to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Perform data completeness and integrity checks and review breaks; provide narratives.
- Produce daily P&L and Risk reports and analyze movements.
- Assist in Trader query resolution and obtain sign-off for P&L.
- Liaise with Operations to clear breaks in a timely manner.
