Deutsche Bank Manila is seeking a Compliance - Surveillance Operational Performance Analyst – Sr. Analyst to join the newly formed Manila Compliance Surveillance team.

You will support calibration and effectiveness reviews of Trade Surveillance scenarios, analyze large data sets, and provide actionable insights to strengthen surveillance controls. The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder management, and timely issue resolution, with training and mentorship within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or academia with exposure to financial market processes.
• Degree in finance or economics.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support calibration and effectiveness review for Trade Surveillance scenarios.
• Review existing processes for enhancements and provide input.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends and outliers; provide actionable insights.
• Assist Surveillance team and Technology to evaluate alert/detection engines against use cases.
• Review regulations and Deutsche Bank policies to assess surveillance controls.
• Perform ad-hoc Surveillance tasks as needed.
