Job summary

The candidate will work in a cross-asset derivatives settlements team, coordinating with Sales, Trading, and external clients to meet regulatory and internal standards while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
• Solid understanding of OTC derivatives.
• Excellent English communication; both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of trade confirmations and settlements.
• Coordinate daily pre- and post-settlement activities to meet timelines.
• Investigate and resolve queries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong control environment and meet KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and support departmental initiatives.
