Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join the Custom Silicon Solutions Group.

You will contribute to high-performance mixed-signal devices, drive architecture decisions, and own blocks from design to debug within a global team. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with layout, lab evaluation, and test teams, and participate in cross-site reviews across Cavite, BGC, and international sites.

Qualifications

• Electronic Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience as an analog/mixed signal IC designer.
• Experience designing amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, switching power supply circuits, audio, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work within an analog/mixed-signal design team to develop high-performance devices.
• Define architecture and lead IC block design, simulation and verification.
• Present technical results to internal teams and customers; ensure blocks meet power, timing and quality targets.
• Support layout, lab evaluation and test activities to deliver completed designs on schedule.
