He/She will primarily deal with strategic improvement initiatives providing technical assistance on yield improvement projects to increase product yields as well as minimize scrap costs, product characterization driven by new product requirement and/or post release activities, test time reduction and process flow simplifications in adherence to alleviate capacity constraints and product qualification work driven by new material, fab or new process evaluation that results to reduction of full factory cost.
