Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Senior AML Operations Analyst to join the AML Operations Team. You will execute Level 2 reviews of escalated TM alerts, mentor junior analysts, and prepare MI and regulatory reports. The role requires deep AML/CFT knowledge and strong analytical skills.

You will draft STRs/SARs, validate investigations, and support shift planning while upholding high compliance standards. Remote work with rotating shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AML/CFT experience in Transaction Monitoring or AML Checker/L2 roles.
• Experience in crypto-related investigations/monitoring is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and sanctions frameworks.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to reconstruct complex transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 reviews of escalated TM alerts and act as checker for quality.
• Draft detailed STRs/SARs for regulatory submission and ensure legal robustness.
• Produce MI reports on alert volumes, backlogs, and team productivity.
• Mentor Level 1 analysts and improve maker-checker implementation.
• Suggest improvements to scenarios, thresholds, and workflows; conduct UAT testing.
