Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML, Fraud, KYC, Compliance, or a related field.
• Experience handling investigations, alerts, or risk-related cases.
• Background in banking, financial services, FinTech, or BPO is an advantage.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for discrepancies, unusual patterns, and important details.
• The ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City and follow a midshift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assessing system-generated alerts and determining whether activity requires further review.
• Examining transaction histories and relevant customer information.
• Identifying behavior or patterns that may indicate potential financial crime.
• Preparing clear and accurate investigation notes and case documentation.
• Applying internal policies and AML procedures when making case decisions.
• Referring higher-risk or unusual cases to the appropriate team for further assessment.
• Meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround-time requirements.
