Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape for regulated financial institutions Ireland and internationally.
• Experience managing high performing teams and delivering results.
• Ability to lead on current and new regulatory requirements.
• Strong client focus and client relationship management skills.
• Strong project management, planning and delivery capabilities.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication.
• Experience in business development and proposals for new work.
• Third-level qualification in related area with CAMS/ACOI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be a key team member on projects with multiple team members and client deliverables.
• Provide regulatory expertise and act as Subject Matter Expert on 2nd/3rd line defence projects.
• Interpret and implement regulations.
• Plan and manage projects, meeting deadlines.
• Review client documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with client senior management up to board level directors.
• Prepare detailed reports on project deliverables and recommendations.
• Support management in business development and proposals.
