Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from an accredited institution.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with active license.
• 3–5 years of solid accounting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Oil & gas industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements for assigned clients.
• Prepare and file audited financial statements and coordinate year-end audits.
• Coordinate Board Meeting financial reports and monitor remediation items.
• Manage dissolution or liquidation activities.
• Support AP/AR/GL tasks as needed.
