Job summary

Ideal Direct is seeking a commercially minded Senior Amazon PPC and Growth Manager to own two e‑commerce brands and drive growth. You will handle hands‑on PPC, pricing, listing optimization, inventory planning, and overall brand performance, connecting PPC to sales and profitability.

Ideal Direct favors in‑house or brand‑side e‑commerce experience and collaboration with a Brand Director and cross‑functional teams. Expect UK-aligned onboarding and marketplace expansion across US/EU.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Amazon PPC or e-commerce brand role.
• Hands-on with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Ads Console and Brand Analytics.
• Analytical thinker who translates data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across formats.
• Develop advertising strategies with data-driven recommendations.
• Improve listings, imagery, and conversion performance; run A/B tests.
