Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI platforms in Microsoft environments and integrating Azure OpenAI into enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of core AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, tool calling, and function calling.
• Experience with Microsoft tooling: Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and SDKs: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, and Anthropic SDK.
• Comfort with development tools: GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, and Docker.
• Experience collaborating with IT Infrastructure/Operations teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication, consulting, architecture, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures and recommend the right AI models.
• Install, configure, and administer enterprise AI platforms in production.
• Build and configure MCP servers and clients, including authentication and security.
• Integrate enterprise systems using MCP and AI agent frameworks.
• Deploy and support Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled applications with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Azure OpenAI, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Partner with IT Operations to deploy secure AI infrastructure on Azure.
• Lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and establish AI best practices.

Application Development

What you'll do

Design scalable enterprise AI architectures and recommend the right AI models

Install, configure, and administer enterprise AI platforms in production

Build and configure MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients, including authentication and security

Integrate enterprise systems using MCP and AI agent frameworks

Deploy and support Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows

Develop AI-enabled applications with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Azure OpenAI, SQL Server, and Entity Framework

What you'll bring

8+ years of software engineering experience
