Job summary

ReSource Pro in the Philippines seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-powered product strategy, development, and delivery, owning the lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver compelling customer value.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product management, strong Agile practices, and AI/ML expertise, with data analytics and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Product Management and Agile product development.
Experience building or managing AI-enabled products; insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
Lead product discovery, market research, and customer engagement to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Partner with engineering, design, AI, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.
Own product performance, including customer adoption, OKRs, ROI, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance customer value and operational efficiency.
