Job summary

Atos Information Technology GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions. This role focuses on translating cutting-edge AI into differentiated services built on ServiceNow and allied AI ecosystems.

You will work across strategy, engineering, and commercial teams to define roadmaps, develop accelerators, and drive adoption. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product leadership, strong collaboration, and hands-on AI platform experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management, Offering Management, Innovation Leadership, Product Engineering, Solution Strategy, or related experience.
Proven experience launching and scaling enterprise products and offerings.
Experience shipping products in complex, fast-moving environments.
Strong collaboration across Engineering, Design, Delivery, GTM, and business stakeholders.
Experience with AI-powered products, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
Ability to create structure in ambiguity and influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities.
Identify emerging market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products.
Develop industry-specific solutions and reusable intellectual property.
Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
Think in terms of platforms, ecosystems, and reusable capabilities rather than individual features.
Balance near-term customer outcomes with long-term platform differentiation.
Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, enterprise copilots, intelligence automation, and multi-agent systems.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products and services.
Help shape platform capabilities around orchestration, memory, context management, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution.
Productize innovation into repeatable offerings that deliver measurable outcomes.
Establish standards for scalability, governance, security, and value realization.
Continuously evolve products based on market feedback, adoption patterns, and technology trends.
Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery teams to develop business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, and sales assets.
Support strategic pursuits, executive workshops, solution shaping, and customer engagements.
Create compelling narratives that connect innovation to measurable business outcomes.
Contribute to thought leadership and industry positioning.
