Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Spclst, AI & Data Engineering to design, build, and evolve enterprise data and AI capabilities on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is based in Bangalore, full-time, and requires 7–10 years of related experience, including hands-on GCP, AI engineering, and governance. You will lead architecture, automation, and production readiness across AI programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of technology experience in cloud engineering, AI platforms, and data platforms.
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform expertise including secure architecture and production operations.
• Strong background in ML lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps, and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable AI and data platforms on GCP.
• Define secure data governance, IAM, and cost optimization.
• Develop automation workflows and agentic AI capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and drive high‑quality delivery across AI initiatives.
