Job summary

AIA is actively seeking an experienced AI Engineering Consultant to drive enterprise AI design, development, deployment, and operation across the organization. The role focuses on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered digital solutions to deliver scalable, production-ready capabilities.

You will work with stakeholders to translate innovative AI concepts into robust systems, establish reusable frameworks, and support governance for responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or related fields.
• Experience delivering GenAI or AI platform solutions in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of Python, Azure, Databricks, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop reusable AI services, APIs, SDKs, and accelerators.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models, prompts, and agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and processes.
• Build enterprise AI engineering platforms and MLOps frameworks.
• Establish enterprise AI engineering standards and governance.
