Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements from discovery to production rollout.
• Understand customer architectures and drive toward their success criteria.
• Build connectors, pipelines, and tooling to integrate MongoDB into enterprise environments.
• Write production-quality code and implement fixes in active workstreams.
• Capture product feedback and document decisions and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create reusable capabilities.
• Coordinate across internal teams and communicate with technical, business, and executive audiences.
