London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is expanding its AI-powered product portfolio and seeks a Senior Technical Specialist to provide expert support for AI-enabled and enterprise applications. You will be a critical escalation point, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve AI solution performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical support or service management role, ideally within SaaS, data, or fintech environments.
Solid understanding of AI concepts — LLMs, AI agents, and tool-calling frameworks at a product level.
Familiarity with authentication and entitlement systems (SSO, OAuth, OIDC) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior escalation point for complex application support issues that cannot be resolved through standard channels.
Troubleshoot AI-enabled and enterprise applications, driving issue resolution within SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve issues across authentication, data access, APIs, UI, and integrations.
Support AI solutions including MCP protocols, grounding mechanisms, and tool-calling workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support teams to improve AI solution performance and customer experience.
