Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim's Cyber Intelligence & Security Operations Center (CISOC) is seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced multi-agent AI solutions for incident triage and automation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures, delivering scalable AI-driven decision support in enterprise security environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/DS/AI/SE or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in data science, AI engineering, ML, or related roles.
• Proven experience with agent-based systems and enterprise decision support.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi-agent architectures for triage and decision support.
• Develop ML models to assess and score incidents.
• Integrate and orchestrate tools and agents to automate triage.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Document system logic, workflows, and findings for stakeholders.
