Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the transformation into agentic engineering. You will shape vision, strategy, and execution across the platform, and ensure scalable delivery with a lean team.

You should have 6+ years of end-to-end ownership across multiple systems, healthcare data product experience, and strong writing and collaboration skills. Healthcare experience is a plus; remote patient monitoring is valued.

• Own architecture across multiple projects and ship daily with AI agents.
• Proactive, written communication and scope decisions without excessive meetings.
• Experience with healthcare data products and remote monitoring is a plus.
• 6+ years of ownership of end-to-end systems.
