Job summary

You will analyze and design the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with clients and partners, and lead the development of scalable enterprise applications on Azure/server and modern web stacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with AI capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS 3, SVG, JSON.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript libraries (React, Angular, Ember, Backbone).
• Excellent coding skills in a modern OO language (C#, Java, C++).
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading enterprise app or database development on Azure/server.
• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Experience using GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Guide design, prototyping, and development of AI-driven solutions using Python and React, enhancing chatbot functionality.
• Analyze, design, prototype, develop, test, support, and oversee the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to deliver required functionality.
• Lead creation and enhancement of a scalable enterprise application.
• Evaluate risks and impacts when adding new functions and propose mitigations.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate to solve complex problems.
• Break down feature requests into tasks, estimate work, and manage timelines.
